Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure accurate inventory tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform general labor tasks as assigned by shift supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal right to work in the USA.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Charlotte facility.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and overtime when needed.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but we train the right candidates.
