Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently to move inventory.
- Execute the receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, strictly adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily throughput targets and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during peak shipping seasons.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a standing position.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using handheld scanners or warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
