Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Load/Unload Freight: Receive, inspect, and process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and organizing stock areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow employees to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Quality Control: Perform routine checks on products to ensure they meet quality standards before shipping.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- License: Valid driver's license and Forklift certification preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Soft Skills: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
