Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and scanning of orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Load and unload freight trucks, ensuring safety and proper handling of merchandise.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and handheld scanners, as required.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock organization to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve daily operational challenges and ensure workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills for order verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Atlanta facility.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
