Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise according to shipping schedules and inventory requirements.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily cleaning and organization of the warehouse floor to maintain safety standards.
- Assist in the preparation of packages for outbound delivery.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and logging data.
