Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label products accurately to ensure timely delivery to Jacksonville and North Carolina distribution centers.
- Operate industrial machinery and equipment safely according to OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to maintain high inventory accuracy.
- Assist in loading and unloading trailers with a focus on speed and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent workplace hazards.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts on a rotating schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
