Responsibilities
- Pack & Ship: Efficiently pack, seal, and label customer orders to meet strict quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and perform physical tasks such as loading and unloading trucks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Quality Assurance: Perform routine checks on products to ensure they meet company specifications.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
