Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping tasks with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Verify inventory levels and reconcile stock discrepancies efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and quality standards.
- Ensure all packaging materials are handled responsibly and according to SOPs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
