Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload shipments from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipping, ensuring all items are securely wrapped and labeled.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure all quality standards are met.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory tracking.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
