Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory management, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Prioritize and fulfill weekend customer orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Maintain organized warehouse layouts and implement lean practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges
- Adhere to safety protocols and conduct equipment pre/post-shift inspections
- Support weekend inventory audits and data reporting initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (OSHA 10-hour training a plus)
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8-hour shifts
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
