Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Conduct thorough inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies using WMS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Operate warehouse management systems to track shipments and update status logs.
- Assist in the preparation and packaging of customer orders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
