Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Shipment Processing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipping to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Control: Assist in inventory counts, stock organization, and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging quality standards are met.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, primarily on weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or RF equipment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliability: Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
