Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against shipping documents.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations (OSHA).
- Assist in loading trucks and ensuring proper weight distribution.
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet daily performance goals and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
