Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, sort, and package customer orders within strict timeframes
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following OSHA safety protocols
- Maintain organized inventory records using WMS technology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve shipment discrepancies
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing products
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
- Uphold 5S standards for workplace cleanliness and efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse, logistics, or relevant experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (6 AM - 2 PM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
