Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse system.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and stage inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual dollies.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure proper packaging standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine pre-shift inspections of warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays exclusively.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- License: Valid Driver's License (Class C) required.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use warehouse management software.
