Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Efficiently load, unload, and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Inventory Management: Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) to track stock levels and update records accurately.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the weekday team to ensure seamless handovers and operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Only).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Documentation: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and pick tickets accurately.
- Attitude: A strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards safety and teamwork.
