Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse setting
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to meet OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and stock rotation
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory system operation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid NY state ID and ability to pass background check
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
