Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory (on-the-job training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus.
