Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory counts against digital records and ensure 100% accuracy.
- Package and label products for shipment with precision and care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily throughput targets and deadlines.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and organization as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain one.
- Strong availability to work rotating weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
