Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks to maintain inventory flow.
- Conduct accurate cycle counts and manage stock organization within the warehouse.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve inventory discrepancies and optimize workflows.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring equipment is in proper working condition.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work full weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Valid Driver's License (optional for indoor roles, required for some outdoor tasks).
