Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secured and organized.
- Pick and Pack: Accurately pick and pack customer orders to meet shipping deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely according to protocols.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment at all times.
- Reporting: Complete daily logs and report any equipment issues or safety concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and work ethic.
