Responsibilities
- Execute receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in accordance with safety protocols.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure product integrity and proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo is secured properly.
- Perform inventory counts and data entry using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse scanning technology.
