Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and verify customer orders to meet strict daily deadlines.
- Inventory Control: Assist in stock rotation, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Truck Loading: Load and unload freight trucks quickly and securely using proper handling techniques.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies at all times to maintain a secure environment.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but on-the-job training is provided.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and counting.
- License: Valid driver's license (Class C) is a plus but not mandatory.
