Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and scanning of merchandise to ensure order accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts during downtime.
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklift certification preferred but training available).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
