Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Pick, pack, and stage products efficiently to meet daily shipping quotas.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, in a safe manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory control processes, including cycle counting and stock organization.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve any discrepancies or shipping issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Houston facility.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
