Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Process and pack orders efficiently using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity goals.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work a rotating weekend schedule (Saturday & Sunday) from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Physical stamina required to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
