Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload trucks in accordance with safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Verify and count incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring accuracy and reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety in a fast-paced setting.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
