Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment using standard packaging materials.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure efficient storage and retrieval.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely under supervision.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Keep the work area clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly without assistance.
- Basic math skills for inventory scanning and reporting.
- Willingness to learn and undergo company training programs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Cleveland facility.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
