Responsibilities
- Operate arcade games, mini-golf courses, and laser tag equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service to teen guests
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized play areas
- Process cash transactions and manage point-of-sale systems
- Assist with event setup and guest flow management
- Enforce safety protocols and facility rules
- Support inventory management and stocking activities
Qualifications
- Must be 14-17 years old (valid work permit required)
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (8AM-10PM)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for customer service
- Reliable transportation to/from work location
