Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket verification at venue entrances
- Assist with venue setup/breakdown including seating, signage, and decor
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety compliance during events
- Coordinate with vendors and event production teams
- Manage merchandise sales and cash handling operations
- Complete post-event cleanup and equipment inventory
Qualifications
- Available to work all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid US driver's license for venue transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic cash handling experience required
