Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and ticket verification systems
- Provide clear directional information to event attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and maintain safety protocols
- Assist with vendor coordination and supply management
- Collect and report attendee feedback to event leads
- Collaborate with security teams for incident prevention
- Ensure venue cleanliness and organization throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new procedures
- Flexibility with last-minute schedule changes
- Must pass basic background check
- 18+ years of age required
