Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to guests at attraction stations
- Operate ride equipment and maintain safety protocols
- Manage ticket scanning and point-of-sale transactions
- Assist with facility cleanliness and guest area organization
- Support event setup/breakdown during weekend festivals
- Collaborate with team members for smooth operation flow
- Report maintenance issues to supervisor promptly
Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years old (valid ID required)
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to Riverfront Plaza location
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Comfortable handling cash and basic transactions
- Willingness to learn safety procedures
