Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for internal staff and clients during weekend shifts.
- Manage and resolve incoming service tickets and inquiries efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Assist with system maintenance and software updates as needed.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in customer support, IT helpdesk, or technical operations.
- Strong computer literacy and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Seattle office.
