Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support and customer service to clients during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Prioritize and manage incoming support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to identify trends and improve service processes.
- Adhere to all company policies, security protocols, and service level agreements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years of experience in customer support, technical helpdesk, or related fields.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.
