Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, scan, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet quality control standards before shipping.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and precision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic English reading and writing skills for scanning and safety documentation.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
