Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, organizing, and stocking inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by adhering to 5S principles.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company specifications.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior experience required; full training provided for the right candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
