Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely load, unload, and transport merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage products to meet daily shipping targets and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damages and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to optimize workflow efficiency during peak weekend hours.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with 5S standards.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (Friday - Sunday, 40 hours/week).
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate various warehouse environments.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
- Equipment: Forklift certification is a plus but we will train the right candidate.
