Responsibilities
- Execute daily inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and proper replenishment of shelves and storage areas.
- Manage order fulfillment with a focus on speed and 100% accuracy in picking and packing procedures.
- Maintain a pristine work environment by adhering to strict cleanliness and safety protocols at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently during shifts.
- Collaborate with shift leads to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve overall workflow.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure product integrity.
Qualifications
- Availability Requirement: Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday (12-hour shifts).
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong track record of attendance and punctuality is essential.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or RF equipment.
