Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and performing stock counts.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and safe for all team members.
- Load/Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks during shift handovers.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- License: Valid Driver’s License is required.
- Communication: Basic computer skills and ability to read safety instructions.
- Work Ethic: A strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
