Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Efficiently load, unload, and stage materials and products using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, maintaining strict inventory accuracy.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks on warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure maximum productivity.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is preferred but not required.
- License: Valid driver's license or forklift certification is a plus.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team structure.
