Our Sacramento facility operates Monday through Friday, with our dedicated Weekend Shift team ensuring seamless operations from Saturday through Sunday. As a Weekend Shift Associate, you will play a critical role in our supply chain, managing inventory and fulfilling orders with precision.
Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts, stock audits, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to strict quality standards and deadlines.
- Receiving and Shipping: Inspect incoming shipments for damage and accuracy; prepare outgoing shipments for transport.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to resolve issues and improve workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory counting.
- Equipment Certification: Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
