Responsibilities
- Operate Warehouse Equipment: Safely handle forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move stock efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records to prevent discrepancies.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select items from the warehouse floor, package them securely, and prepare them for shipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Shift Coordination: Work effectively during assigned weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) to meet operational deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work exclusively on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with immediate availability.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we train willing candidates.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
- Communication: Strong ability to read and follow written instructions and communicate effectively with team leads.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and attendance is essential.
