Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehousing tasks, including receiving, sorting, and staging merchandise.
- Operate industrial equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts and ensure accurate stock reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline shipping and receiving processes.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality control measures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
