Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package orders using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in a safe, OSHA-compliant manner
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks with precision
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend shipping deadlines
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus
