Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to guests of all ages
- Operate attraction equipment and maintain safety standards
- Manage cash transactions and POS systems accurately
- Keep facilities clean and organized throughout shifts
- Assist with event setup and guest flow management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Participate in brief pre-shift briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Must be 16-18 years old (proof of age required)
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
