Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to weekend guests with a warm, authentic New Orleans welcome
- Efficiently manage weekend rush periods while maintaining high service standards

- Process accurate weekend transactions and handle cash operations

- Support weekend inventory management and stock replenishment
- Adhere to all safety protocols during high-volume weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work consistently on weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy weekend environments
- Basic math skills for weekend transaction handling
- Flexibility to adapt to changing weekend schedules and priorities
- Valid Louisiana food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be 18+ years old to handle weekend alcohol service where applicable
