Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to weekend guests across all touchpoints
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using our property management system
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Conduct daily inspections of common areas to maintain brand standards
- Assist with weekend event coordination and guest activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (8am-6pm shifts)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management systems
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible attitude and commitment to weekend reliability
- Basic knowledge of Chicago tourism attractions preferred
