Responsibilities
- Manage 5-10 team members during weekend peak hours (10AM-6PM)
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all touchpoints
- Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising
- Process daily transactions and reconcile cash registers
- Train new staff on company protocols and safety procedures
- Resolve customer escalations with professionalism
- Submit end-of-shift reports to regional manager
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Availability every Saturday and Sunday (10AM-6PM)
- Valid Nebraska driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
