Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Lead and mentor 5-8 team members to ensure exceptional customer service
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain store standards
- Process transactions, manage POS systems, and ensure cash security
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless operations handover
- Conduct safety audits and enforce company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years supervisory or retail management experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Availability to work every weekend (Sat/Sun) plus one weekday
- Basic proficiency with inventory management and POS systems
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
