Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly store operations and staff scheduling for weekend shifts
- Conduct opening/closing procedures and cash management
- Train and mentor new associates on safety protocols and customer service
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational escalations
- Monitor inventory and merchandise presentation standards
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operations
- Submit daily performance reports to store management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail or hospitality
- Availability for Friday-Sunday shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership abilities
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory software
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's Card (if applicable)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish a plus)
- Pass background check and drug screening
